30-day returns

ElvarinShop offers a 30-day return period from receipt of your order for eligible products. To request a return, contact us through our Contact page within 30 days of receiving your item and provide your order number and reason for return.

Return condition

Please handle items with reasonable care and return them with their accessories and any supplied documentation. We may need to assess the condition and completeness of returned goods in accordance with applicable consumer law. This does not limit your statutory rights.

How to return an item

Contact us before sending a return so we can provide the appropriate return instructions and address. Do not send goods to our correspondence address unless our team confirms it is the correct return location.

Return shipping costs

Return postage arrangements and any charges will be explained when your return is authorised, subject to your statutory rights. If an item is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to conform to your legal rights, we will handle the return in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Refunds
